This holiday season, Basis Industrial and its property management arm, BaySpace, are proud to partner with Toys for Tots, the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve program that delivers hope and joy to children through the gift of new toys.
Each Basis Industrial and BaySpace management office will serve as a drop-off location for toy donations, welcoming contributions from tenants and team members through Thursday, December 4, 2025. On Friday, December 5, the teams will deliver the collected toys to local Toys for Tots chapters in each county.
Tenants across Basis Industrial’s national portfolio are joining in the effort by bringing new, unwrapped toys to their respective property management offices. From multi-tenant industrial properties to small-bay business parks, this initiative is uniting communities under one shared goal: giving every child a reason to smile this holiday season. Participating properties include Medley, Orlando, Tampa, and the Space Coast, as well as DFW, Houston, and South Florida. Specific Florida locations include 8600 NW South River Dr. in Medley, 7550 Southland Blvd. and 5730 S. Semoran Blvd. in Orlando, 2442 23rd St N. in St. Petersburg, and 2885 Electronics Dr. and 2624 Aurora Rd. in Melbourne.
While logistics vary by chapter, every location will receive the same promotional materials and festive donation boxes, many of which will be wrapped and decorated by team members. Employees are encouraged to wear BaySpace shirts on delivery day and capture photos as part of the company’s collective effort to make a difference this holiday season.

The friendly spirit of competition will also make the initiative brighter as each office rallies to see who can collect the most toys.
