In less than a year, she has executed over 170 new leases and renewals, implemented the Yardi Deal Manager system, and formalized scalable processes that continue to enhance operational efficiency and portfolio performance. Her leadership, resilience, and mentorship of colleagues embody the company’s forward-focused culture.

Zoe’s recognition in the New York region reflects her impact on Basis Industrial’s development and acquisitions platform, now exceeding 5 million square feet of industrial and self-storage assets nationwide. From spearheading a $30 million warehouse acquisition in Armonk, New York, to coordinating design, construction, and leasing on 15 self-storage projects, Zoe’s ability to manage complex projects and deliver results continues to set the standard for excellence and execution.
